1. Who we are

Content Kings operates thecontentkings.org and is the controller of personal data collected through it. Our address is Georgiou A' 47, Kings Court, 3rd Floor, Office 12, 4048 Germasogeia, Limassol, Cyprus. You can reach us at info@thecontentkings.org.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit through the contact form: name, role, work email, company, website, service and content type, languages needed, volume, and your brief.
• Email correspondence if you write to us directly.
• Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages viewed — analytics data only where you have consented.

We do not ask for special category data and ask that you do not send it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

3. How your enquiry reaches us

The contact form is processed by a third-party form-delivery service, which passes the submission to our info@thecontentkings.org inbox and applies spam filtering. That provider processes the data on our instructions under written terms and does not use it for its own purposes. If you would rather not use a third-party processor, email us directly instead.

4. Why we process it, and on what basis

• Responding to your enquiry, quoting and producing a sample — necessary for a contract, or for steps taken at your request before one.
• Client administration and business records — our legitimate interest in running the business, and our legal obligations.
• Analytics and marketing measurement — your consent, withdrawable at any time via our Cookie Policy.
• Security and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest in protecting this site.

5. Who we share it with

Only with providers who help us operate: our website host and CDN, the form-delivery service described above, our email and document providers, and our analytics provider where you have consented. All act on our instructions under written processing terms. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertisers for their own purposes.

Writers who work on your account are bound by individual confidentiality terms and see only what they need to do the work.

6. International transfers

Some providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case we rely on an adequacy decision, or on Standard Contractual Clauses together with a transfer risk assessment.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the engagement and then as long as tax, accounting and limitation periods require. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email info@thecontentkings.org and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus, or to the supervisory authority where you live.

9. Security

This site is served over TLS, access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it, and we review providers' security before onboarding them. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please do not send confidential commercial material through the form — ask for an NDA and a secure channel and we will set one up.

10. Changes

Changes are posted here with the date above updated. Where a change materially affects how we use your data we will tell you directly if we hold your contact details.
