How it works

Six stages, and you can stop after the second

The free sample is stage two on purpose. You should not have to commit budget to find out whether our writer in your hardest language is any good — and we would rather find that out too.

The sequence

What happens, in order

Turnaround times are the ones we work to, not best-case marketing figures. Stage timings run in parallel where they can.

01 1 business day

Brief

You send whatever you have: a keyword list, a URL set, a competitor you want to beat, or just the market you are entering. We come back with a scope, a word count, a per-language rate and a total. No discovery deck, no three-call qualification sequence.

  • Scope and word count per content type
  • Per-word rate for each language
  • A delivery schedule with dates
02 2 business days

Free sample

Before any money changes hands you get one finished piece, written to your brief, in the language you are least confident anyone can staff. This is the step that decides most engagements, which is why we do not charge for it.

  • One full-length piece, publish-ready
  • In your choice of language
  • No commitment, no card details
03 3 business days

Writer match

We assign named writers per language and you keep them. Your Finnish work goes to the same Finnish writer every month, so tone does not reset between batches. You get their background before they start.

  • Named writer per language
  • Per-language tone-of-voice sheet
  • Locked terminology glossary
04 Per schedule

Production

Draft by the assigned native writer, then an editorial pass by a second native speaker, then the market compliance check. Nothing reaches you having been read by only one person.

  • Draft against a per-piece brief
  • Second-reader edit by another native
  • Compliance check per jurisdiction
05 On the agreed date

Delivery

In the format your team actually works in — Google Docs, WordPress drafts, CSV, XLIFF, or straight into your CMS by API. Two revision rounds included, and tone revisions until it matches.

  • Your format, no surcharge
  • Two structured revision rounds
  • Unlimited tone-of-voice revisions
06 Every 30 days

Review and scale

A monthly call on what performed, what to write next, and what to stop writing. Volume can go up or down with two weeks' notice — the notice is for writer capacity, not a lock-in.

  • Monthly performance review
  • Content plan for the next cycle
  • Volume changes on 2 weeks' notice
Quality control

What every piece passes through

None of this is an upsell. It is what the per-word rate buys, and it is the reason the rate is not the cheapest you will be quoted.

Two native speakers minimum

One writes, a different one edits. We do not ship self-reviewed copy in any language, including English.

Market compliance checklist

A maintained rulebook per locale — SGA, UKGC, MGA, KOA, Ontario, and the grey markets. Borderline claims are flagged to you, not silently softened.

Fact-check against source

RTP, licence numbers, max win, wagering terms and payment limits checked against the provider's or regulator's own documentation, with sources in the delivery notes.

Glossary enforcement

Your product names and key terms render identically in every piece and every language, batch after batch.

Tone revisions until it matches

Two structured revision rounds are included. Tone-of-voice revisions are unlimited, because tone is what suppliers most often get wrong.

Full IP assignment

Copyright transfers to you on payment. Nothing we write for you is reused, resold or repurposed for anyone else.

Delivery formats

We work in your tools, not ours

No surcharge for any of these, and no “we deliver in Word and you sort it out”.

For programmes above 50,000 words a month we will sit in a shared Slack channel with your content lead, so scheduling happens where your team already is.

Google Docs

Commented, suggestion mode, one doc per piece or one per batch.

WordPress drafts

Pushed straight into your install with headings, links and meta filled in.

CSV / XLSX / XLIFF

For bulk import and for localisation workflows with a TMS.

Headless CMS API

Contentful, Sanity, Strapi or your own endpoint, mapped to your schema.

Questions

Working with us, practically

How fast can you start?

A brief in on Monday is normally a sample back by Wednesday and production starting the following Monday. The gating item is the tone-of-voice sheet — if you have a brand guide ready, we move faster.

What do you need from us to do good work?

Three things, and the quality of the output tracks them closely: your brand guide or three pieces you are happy with, a named person who can answer product questions, and a decision on how borderline compliance claims should be handled. Everything else we can work out ourselves.

How do revisions work in practice?

Two structured rounds per piece: you comment, we revise, you comment again, we finalise. Tone-of-voice notes sit outside that count and are unlimited — if the copy is accurate but does not sound like you, that is our problem to fix, not a paid revision.

What happens if you miss a deadline?

You get told before the date, not after it, and the piece is credited. Our on-time rate is not 100% and we would rather publish that than pretend otherwise; what we will not do is let a date pass silently and hope you have not built a publishing calendar around it.

Can you work inside our tools?

Yes. We work in Google Docs, WordPress, Contentful, Sanity, Notion, Jira and Asana, and we will sit in a shared Slack channel for anything above 50,000 words a month. For embedded writers, working in your tools is the default.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before we look at anything commercially sensitive, and we will sign yours rather than insisting on our own paper. Writers are under confidentiality terms individually as well as through the agency.

Next step

Stage one takes you five minutes

Send the market, the content type and roughly how much. You will have a scope, a per-language rate and a total within one business day — and a free sample two days after that.
